Love to stay in Buenos Aires

We were very happy with Stay in BA.  Making all the arrangements online was very easy and emails were responded to quickly.  The driver met us at the airport as promised and delivered us directly to the apartment.  Francisco met us there and was very helpful with information and answered all of our questions.  The apartment owner was very trusting, and made it easy for us to check-out even though our departure was very early on a Sunday morning.  All of this, and it was much less expensive than anything else we could find.  All around, a great experience in BA and a great experience with Stay in BA.  Thanks!

The entire process with Stay in BA was very easy and professional. We stayed in a studio apartment in Palermo and it was a superb location. The studio had all required amenities. The only two things was that it wasn't the cleaniest when we arrived, especially the bathroom with hair and the shower not being all that clean. Also there was a problem with the plumbing as when we showered within a minute the water would not drain resulting in us having water to our ankles everytime we showered. But we would definitely use Stay in BA services again.

Our stay in BA was very satisfactory and we will certainly use your services again on our next trip and recommend you to our friends. The only difficulty was the time change.  Buquebus showed us arriving at 1300 from Montevideo but we arrived at 1200 BA time.  Evidently there is a time change which was not computed.  However, it worked out OK

This was my first trip to Buenos Aires and Stay in Buenos Aires was great to deal with.  They were professional in both person and in emails, the taxi at the airport was on time and took us right to our door as promised, and in general did what they promised.  The landlady, however, was a different matter.  I could deal with the sign posted at the door "No English spoken past this point" although I thought it was interesting for someone making money off tourists to post that kind of message.  Other things, though, were quite unreasonable and made our stay not as nice as it could have been.  We accidentally left the bathroom fan on the 1st week and we were told we weren't allowed to use it the rest of our stay.(4 more weeks)  An open shutter overnight merited two visits and finally a note under the door.  The final straw was when we were chastised for not having the sheets washed (that we had to sleep on the night before leaving!)and ready for the next renters.  Although we explained... (text has been reduced!)

I have been to Buenos Aires several times and have used different rental companies.  Stay in Buenos Aires is the best!  Francisco, who works there, was very nice and professional.  The apartment was exactly like the pictures, beautifully decorated, very clean, and in a great neighborhood. I will use this company again and will recommend it to my friends.

We had a fantastic time in Buenos Aires. The description and photos of the appartment on the “Stay in BA” website were very accurate. The appartment was clean and in great condition. All the services promised on the website (cable TV, internet, weekly cleaning etc.) were provided. The “Stay in BA” staff are very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them!

We had a great stay in Buenos Aires. We would recommend stayinbuenosaires.com as they were very efficient when dealing with our queries before our stay and everything went without a hitch during our stay. The most important thing was that the apartment looked EXACTLY like the pictures and all descriptions were accurate. The owner of the apartment was very kind as well.
