Practical information

Available Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm. Sat from 9am to 3pm
Period: our intention is to go for the longer term, starting with a 1 year contract

An office receptionist

Age: 21-30 years old.

Tasks & Role

Hosting and welcoming of clients at the office
To answer the phone and try to solve as much problems as possible.

Qualities and experience

We are looking for:

with a profound knowledge of Spanish and English in writing, speaking and reading (other languages will be valued)
a selfstarter with a learning attitude and quite a bit of life experience
punctual with an eye for detail
thriving in situations where you are pushed to your limits, keeping your head cool and your heart warm in the process

2 Reservation managers

Age: 21-35 years old.

Tasks & Role

To make reservations and take care the client's needs.

Qualities and experience

We are lookinig for:

with a profound knowledge of Spanish and English in writing, speaking and reading (other languages will be valued)
a selfstarter with a learning attitude and quite a bit of life experience
punctual with an eye for detail
thriving in situations where you are pushed to your limits, keeping your head cool and your heart warm in the process

A check in maker

Age: 21-30 years old. Male.

Tasks & Role

To wellcome the guests at the apartments
To visit new apartments and take pictures

a cool photographer
a selfstarter with a learning attitude and quite a bit of life experience
punctual with an eye for detail
